When it comes to your health and wellness, having access to a health care professional you’ve come to know and trust is crucial. Even with over one million new prescriptions filled, Martin Avenue Pharmacy still offers personal attention including private consultations regarding a number of health care issues with 2003 Pharmacist of the Year, Thomas Marks.

Martin Avenue Pharmacy understands your health care concerns and is always eager to give you the attention and personal service you deserve. Private health consultations allow patients young and old to discuss their health concerns with a knowledgeable health professional, and to get help in developing a wellness plan to meet their specific needs.

In addition to discussing your health concerns in detail, pharmacist Thomas Marks, will also recommend a treatment plan. This treatment plan may include dietary recommendations, nutritional supplements, lifestyle modifications, evaluation of current drug therapy and a recommendation being sent to your current Physician or Practitioner.

Thomas Marks, R.Ph. is also trained in very specific areas of private consultation.

Fees & Scheduling:
To learn more about our private consultations and fees, or to schedule an appointment please call 630-355-6400. Consultations by appointment only.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Please note that Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. must be notified by the patient at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment in order for the patient to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made without a 72-hour notice, the patient will be charged the full price of a private consultation.
