These syringes are labeled with an expiration date and a lot number for tracking purposes. In addition, each Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. pre-filled Avastin® (Bevacizumab) syringe is drawn up under a Sterile Laminar Flow Hood once the order has been placed by a licensed physician.

Martin Avenue Pharmacy features a state-of-the-art clean room which allows the pre-filled Avastin® (Bevacizumab) syringes to be drawn under aseptic conditions in compliance with USP 797 Regulations. In addition, Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. randomly conducts tests using a third party laboratory to test for sterility. To help maintain product quality, each Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. pre-filled Avastin® (Bevacizumab) syringes are shipped over-night using special refrigeration containers and cold pacs. Please make sure to inform your staff that this special package will be arriving. Once received, shipments do require refrigeration and each package should be promptly opened and placed in a refrigerator at the time of delivery.
